My career path might not be linear, but it's been fun: sports journalist, political writer; then on to Ecuador and Italy to teach English.
Along the way I've learned: a few foreign languages, how political campaigns really work, the value of letting students lead the way, and how to crank out a story on deadline.
I believe in being prepared, yet intuitive. I'm looking for a position where I can combine my teaching and writing skills.
